I am currently a Scripps Institution of Oceanography postdoctoral fellow working with Prof. William Young on polar dynamics of giant gaseous planets. I received my Ph.D. in physical oceanography from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, France in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Patrice Klein (JPL/Caltech), focusing on submesoscale dynamics in the ocean interior. I am interested in scale interactions in the ocean and planetary atmospheres. My work uses a combination of geophysical fluid dynamics principles, in situ and remote sensing observations and idealized and realistic numerical simulations.
